From former Chief Morgan's reports to the Town of Ossipee, "The amount of activity for a town this size continues to be staggering at times. Areas of most concern continue to be the crimes against children, domestic violence, and the prevalence of drugs and alcohol as central denominators at many, if not most, calls. We are experiencing a huge insurgence of hard drugs in our area, the most troubling of which is heroin. We are committed to taking any and all action that we can to stem this tide."
